Refund for goods

For ebooks and audiobooks, as these are instant downloads, no refund can be given. 

​

For audiobooks, there is a sample which you can listen to for free.

​

For ebooks, there is a sample of the first 12 chapters you can read for free.

Shipping and Delivery

If you receive damaged or defective print books, or if your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order. Please notify us within 30 days of your order.

For physical goods you are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
